UNHCR is a UN agency that protects forcibly displaced persons, refugees, and stateless persons from persecution and conflict. It provides humanitarian assistance (shelter, food, legal assistance) and strives for lasting solutions, such as voluntary repatriation or resettlement.
The decals are adhered using a water-soluble adhesive, ensuring they adhere perfectly to the painted surface of the helmet, regardless of whether smooth, glossy paint or a textured paint is used.
