Decal for Norwegian police M31 helmets
Description
Decal for M31 helmets used by the Norwegian police during World War II.
The Norwegian M31 helmet, sometimes called the "Baltic Helmet" or "Baltik Hjalmar", was a design taken from the Swedish M26 helmet. The offered water decal shows the insignia of the collaborationist police "Nasjonal Samling" from Quisling's times, which was under the direct control of the German SS during the occupation during World War II.
Water decals are glued using a water-soluble adhesive layer, thanks to which they adhere precisely to the painted surface of the helmet, regardless of whether smooth, glossy paint or paint with a rough structure was used.
NOTE - The price is for 1 piece for the left side of the helmet.
