Decals for Norwegian M40 helmets - ver.1
Description
Decal for German M40 helmets used by the Norwegian Army after World War II - version 1.
After World War II, Norway used a large number of German helmets left after the surrender of German forces in Norway. The helmet was repainted and a double shield of the Norwegian army was added. These helmets remained in use in the Norwegian Army until the introduction of the M58 helmet (American M1 style helmet) in the early 1960s.
The water decals are glued using a water-soluble adhesive layer, thanks to which they adhere precisely to the painted surface of the helmet, regardless of whether smooth, glossy paint or paint with a rough structure was used.
NOTE - The price is for 1 set (2 pieces of emblems on the right and left side of the helmet).
The helmet in the photo is not part of the sale, and only shows the location of the decals being sold.
