A replica of the officer's personal corps insignia on the KRIEGSMARINE uniform, representing the insignia of naval officers (Seeoffziere).
This is a set of two gold-embroidered stars ready to be sewn on above the braids on the sleeves of the uniform.
All KRIEGSMARINE officers were divided into personal corps. Each of the corps had characteristic insignia worn above the braids on the sleeves of the uniform. Naval officers (Seeoffiziere) had gold five-pointed stars sewn on above the braids at the bottom of the sleeves, symbolizing their officer's personal corps.
